The fourth luxury building in Hoboken’s high-demand Hudson Tea Community—once home to the Lipton Tea Company—at 1400 Hudson is a timeless homage to the neighborhood’s industrial past.

Our team endowed the residents’ amenity spaces with references to the area’s legacy, such as polished concrete, rolled metals, wired glass and rich fabrics. This luxury industrial aesthetic echoes through the numerous amenity spaces such as the billiard room, children’s playroom, fitness room, rooftop pool and multiple terraces, transforming the residential building into an edgy, urban resort.

A dynamic mix of eclectic yet contemporary spaces offers comfort and multifunctionality to enhance the lifestyles of its residents. Located minutes away from Manhattan and within walking distance of boutiques, restaurants and lounges, this 12-story waterfront enclave is a top pick for young professionals.
