Exhibit at 60 Fulton pairs the gritty arts and music of the 1970s and 1980s with ultra-luxurious, eclectic amenities, custom furniture and common areas that showcase its defining feature: A curated iconic photo exhibit. In a nod to its origins, the lobby’s wood and brick flooring reproduce a pattern from the warehouses of the original Fulton market, while the bold photography captures the magic of New York City’s cultural legends.

The building’s thoroughly New York aesthetic permeates numerous next-level amenity spaces, including lounges, a gourmet demonstration kitchen, a library, health club, private wine cellar and more. Its vast yet cozy rooftop terrace boasts a fireplace and breathtaking, 360-degree views of Manhattan and beyond. Like an exclusive private club, Exhibit’s 23 stories draw a discerning, cool crowd.
