Lemay’s preservation of architect Victor Prus’ grand theatre and artist Jordi Bonet’s mural called for a holistic, skillful and energy-efficient intervention. Embrittled over time, these two significant works are the object of a complex and delicate rescue operation. Lemay designed a protective glass casing that was transparent, minimalist and almost immaterial.
