Lemay’s Paquet Wharf redesign is functional, inviting and spectacular all at once, making it into a signature public event space for the City of Lévis. A welcome area for cruise and Quebec City-Lévis ferry passengers, the new recreational destination recalls the industrial past of Lévis. A monumental fountain and a series of ground-level water features are the principal attractions to this new landmark.
