Louis T. Lemay’s transformation of his eponymous firm, from a modest architectural practice to a leader in the integrated design of sustainable living environments, has merited him a plethora of awards, including the rare individual honor of fellowship in the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.

As president, Louis has led the firm’s innovative and multidisciplinary practice and accelerating expansion, while setting an example for designers and builders of sustainable environments around the world, via Lemay projects and the firm’s own practices. Consistently ranked among Canada’s Best Managed Companies, Lemay the firm is a key employer, economic generator and vitalizing creative force for Montreal, Quebec City and New York City, with thousands of projects and close to 350 awards.

Louis T. Lemay is a constant and invaluable contributor to the business community and a wide range of charities. He has a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Université Laval in Quebec City and a civil engineering degree from Montreal’s McGill University.
