One of the most exclusive residences in Manhattan is a luxurious, four-unit condo development with interiors by Lemay + Escobar. Its trendy Greenwich Village address and industrial chic heritage as a former 1860s factory building set the stage for décor that wows.

In the lobby, a bold mosaic featuring a NYC scene is entirely custom-designed by the Lemay + Escobar team. Premium Calacatta marble is woven throughout each loft-style apartment, echoing the building’s classic white façade. Said to boast “four of the nicest fireplaces in the entire city,” the latter are made of said marble and a stunning 18 feet long.

Illuminated drop ceilings and wide-plank oak floors emphasize the impressive size of each dwelling, while the vibe is streamlined and ergonomic, marrying sophistication with timeless simplicity. The entire home is wired and app-accessible via a cutting-edge automation system for lighting, sound, heat, air conditioning and security.
