Espace CDPQ, an investment and development hub for entrepreneurs, is located on the ground floor of Montreal’s Place Ville-Marie. This experimental workplace prototype by Lemay brings the latest collaborative work environment trends to the forefront and offers its occupants an immersive ecosystem that facilitates creative thinking. The ambiance and theme are based on Quebec’s historical builders and communities, which are represented across a variety of spaces and functions.
