In designing the interiors for the new Four Points by Sheraton Flushing, Lemay + Escobar was challenged to stretch the limits of an existing design to produce a stunning new look that elevates the hotel’s brand image.

The new 3.5-star, 210-guestroom hotel aims to attract both business and leisure travellers with its luxurious attention to detail and top location – within minutes of LaGuardia Airport, Manhattan and numerous tourist attractions.

In addition to Four Points’ customarily comfortable and ultra-modern meeting, dining and lounge spaces, Lemay + Escobar’s distinctive new design introduces a wow factor. A lobby features a double-sided, 17-foot fireplace; wall-to-wall libraries are interspersed with thoughtfully curated objets d’art. These touches and others give the hotel’s public spaces an eclectic and local feel, both embodying the brand and making guests feel at home.
