Lemay’s collective of 350 architects, designers and change-makers is like no other, and needs a work environment to match: An experimental laboratory for innovations in sustainability and design, headquartered in Montreal.
Manifesting its core values of social and environmental responsibility, the Phénix was built from a neglected 1950s-era warehouse remnant of its Sud-Ouest borough’s past—also the site of the firm’s humble beginnings. It’s this unique workplace where new concepts and approaches to its Net Positive initiatives are tested, design excellence is pursued, and leadership in sustainable development is fostered.
